XDS-I.b testing

DCM4CHEE allows the vendor to execute two kind of transaction : RAD-55 and RAD-69.

RAD-55 transaction

The RAD-55 is an IHE transaction. For more information, please refer to IHE documentation (http://www.ihe.net).

For KSA, the RAD-55 is used with no extension. The Dcm4chee server allows to download dicom documents using this transaction.

Example : https://k-project.ihe-europe.net/wado?requestType=WADO&studyUID=1.2.392.200036.9116.4.1.5799.1783&seriesUID=1.2.392.200036.9116.4.1.5799.1783.17001&objectUID=1.2.392.200036.9116.4.1.5799.1783.17.1001.8.600515536&frameNumber=1&columns=256

RAD-69 transaction

The RAD-69 transaction is an IHE transaction, that shall be supported by an Imaging information consumer in KSA workflows.

The RAD-69 transaction allows to download dicom documents from the central archives. The webservice is deployed under the central archive, and its endpoint can be found under the jbossws user interface (URL : http://k-project.ihe-europe.net:8380/jbossws/services)

The database is already initialized with some dicom sop instances, and for testing, you could use the tool XDStarClient. This tool allows to create a RAD-69 request, and send it to the imaging information source. The response will contains the requested documents.
