This button will allocate IPs in database in the range specified, i.e. the system will create an entry for each IP and will mark it as 'usable' for the system. If a user needs an IP for one of its systems, gazelle will get one from this table and will mark it as 'used'.

This button will free all IPs in the range specified for the current session, i.e. the system won't be able to attribute any IPs if a user asks it. Free IPs from database won't delete attributed IPs for systems as IPs are stored as Strings. It will delete only in the table of IPs allocable.
